Franck Lucas is an associate professor and academic director of the Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Science and Technology at the University of French Polynesia. An expert in renewable energy, he leads innovative projects related to marine energy, such as Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion and Sea Water Air Conditioning (COPSWAC). He participates in several international initiatives, including the International Energy Agency and ADEME, to promote sustainable energy solutions.
